Is a graduate  of the university of Texas at Houston dental branch  and completed her postgraduate pediatric training at the university  of Texas health science center, Houston.   Dr. Michelle also holds a Master of Science degree for her research in child temperament.  This work earned her a prestigious research award and has provided an invaluable method to better evaluate and understand child behavior in the dental setting.
